Yakity is a video conferencing service. Yakity allows multiple users to share video, audio and other data within a single, public chatroom. Users can join other users in the same room by visiting a common URL.

By using accessing or using any part of Yakity, you are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

Yakity retains the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without providing notice.

Privacy & Personal Data

You are not required to register or open an account to use Yakity.

You are required to access Yakity with JavaScript and Abobe Flash Player installed and enabled.

Yakity can not guarantee the stability or quality of any video and/or audio conversation or connection.

Yakity has the right to disable, suspend or terminate service at any time without giving notification.

You are responsible for all data that you submit to Yakity.

You will not copy, post or use content from any third party without specific permission from the owner on Yakity.

Yakity reserves the right to unconditionally monitor any material uploaded by any user in order to enforce the Terms and Conditions.

While Yakity has in place security procedures to increase data security there is still a risk that data might be intercepted by unintended recipients. Yakity accepts no responsibility for any data loss or consequence that may result from data loss. It is therefore advised that you do not send sensitive information using Yakity.

You must be 18 years or older to use Yakity.

Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following on any service provided by Yakity:

- Violate any laws or use Yakity for or to assist with any criminal activity.

- Intimidate, abuse, threaten or intentially decieve other users of Yakity.

- Use the Yakity brand or image without permission

- Attempt to reverse engineer any of our software

- Record any video or audio content sent via Yakity.

- Transmit or broadcast any inappropriate or illegal information.

- Spam or advertise.

Breach of Terms & Conditions

Breach of the Terms & Conditions may result in you and other users being prevented from using Yakity and/or legal action.
